If you do not agree then you must not use this website and you must not make any bookings with Payless World Travel Parramatta. If you use this Site for or on behalf of a third-party such as a family member or a traveling companion, you are responsible for any error in the accuracy of information provided in connection with such use. In addition, you must inform the Third-party of all Terms and Conditions applicable to all products or services acquired through this Site including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto.

Payless World Travel Parramatta reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on this Site. The amended terms shall be effective immediately from the time they are displayed on this Site.

Payless World Travel Parramatta acts as an agent for airlines and wholesale travel companies and other suppliers providing services, including accommodation and transportation services. Payless World Travel Parramatta is not a provider of services and has no responsibility for services provided or not provided by any party. If any travel service provider is unable to provide the services which you have purchased from them, your remedy shall lie against the provider and not with Payless World Travel Parramatta.

Quotes Bookings & Pricing

You understand and agree that the quotes and prices you obtained from our services are subject to the specific terms and conditions, and that these terms & conditions are subject to change without notice. It is your responsibility to read the rules of the specific products before making a purchase. We reserve the rights to verify your booking in the event of an error caused by those third parties, such as booking engine or fare database system. In such circumstances, we will consult with you to adjust your booking, or offer you an alternative product. All quotes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until full payment has been received and documents have been issued.

All bookings made in our office and over the phone require a $150.00 non-refundable deposit per person. Tour packages require a $300.00 per person non refundable deposit. For bookings made via the online booking engine, these require immediate payment via credit card only.

Where a deposit has been paid for your purchase, your consultant will advise you of the due date for balances. It is your responsibility to meet these due dates as seats are subject to auto cancellation by the airlines. Should this occur Payless World Travel Parramatta can not guarantee re-instating the same seats or to providing the same fare.

Unless otherwise stated, prices shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Seasonal surcharges and blackout dates may apply depending on date of travel. Government tax, airport charge, fuel surcharges are current at time of booking but are subject to change without prior notice to the agency or passenger. Additional departure taxes may be applicable at some airports and payable in the local currency directly on departure.

Please ensure all details on your Itinery are correct. It is your responsibility to inform your consult at the time of making your booking of any errors or changes required such as but not limited to times, dates, destinations and names. All names provided for booking must be as per passport. Any errors made via the Online Booking Engine are the sole responsibility of the user, and any changes, re-issues or cancelations will be subjected to charges. Please ensure you have entered any applicable frequent flyer numbers whilst making bookings with the Online Booking engine in the special section. It is your responsibility to ensure the details entered are correct. Payless World Travel Parramatta does not take responsibility if the airlines do not register your trip. Special requests will always be passed on to the travel providers but is not guaranteed.

Domestic Bookings

Domestic bookings can in some instances not include a check-in baggage allowance. Check-in baggage allowances included in the fare purchased will be listed on your booking confirmation from the airline. Please contact the airline directly prior to your scheduled departure if you require adding or increasing your check-in baggage limit. Baggage fees may be charged directly by the airline for adding or increasing check-in baggage allowances, please note higher charges may be imposed at the airport for any additional requirements that are not pre-arranged.

Service fee:

Payless World Travel Parramatta charge a $22.00 per person service fee for all Domestic Bookings. These service fees are non-refundable.

Reissue Fee:

Tickets that require being re-issued will incur a charge of $110.00 per person plus any charges airlines and wholesalers apply.

Cancelations

Whether an airfare/ package are refundable is determined by individual airlines & service providers, not by Payless World Travel Parramatta. Most fares are non-refundable. If a refund is applicable then airline refund procedures will be followed. These refunds may take up to approx 12 weeks to process. Tickets submitted for refund must not be deducted from or offset against invoices; they will be submitted as per normal refund procedure. Cancelations incur a fee by the airlines, service provider and Payless World Travel Parramatta. Airline & Service Providers cancelation fees vary so ensure you are aware of these fees when making your booking. Payless World Travel Parramatta charge $110.00 per person for any cancelations. We would like to remind you again that it is your responsibility to be fully aware of the terms & conditions prior to making any purchases.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance at the time of making your booking.

Passports, Visas, and Hazards

We have no special knowledge regarding foreign entry requirements such as the need for passports and
visas, unsafe conditions, health hazards etc. All proper documentation and/or visa requirements are the FULL responsibility of the passengers as appears on any segment of the airline tickets.

Changes to your flight times

Flight times & Schedules are subject to change without notice; it is the passengers' responsibility to call the Airline within 72 hours prior to departure date to reconfirm booking and acknowledge any schedule change. Failure to check in at least two hours prior to departure may result in denied boarding, and no refund will be granted.

Form of Payment:

1. Cash and EFTPOS
2. Visa and Master & American Express Cards are accepted. Administrative charges apply.  2% for Visa and MasterCard and 4% for American Express.
3. Bank Cheques – please allow 5 business days for clearance. No travel documents will be issued prior to clearance. Cheque payments which have not been cleared by the bank due to insufficient funds will incur a fee of $35.00. Should this occur no further cheques will be accepted and booking shall be paid in cash.
4. Direct Deposit: Please allow 48 hours for funds to clear.

Credit card terms

You authorise us to disclose your credit card details to, and obtain information from, any financial institution or credit card issuer to verify the credit card and identification details you have provided to us are accurate.
For all bookings made via the Online Booking Engine and over the phone, credit card verification in writing will be requested before any payments can be processed.

It is a violation of the law to make a purchase in a false name or with an invalid debit or credit card. Please be aware that even if you do not give us your real name, your web browser transmits a unique Internet address to us that can be used by law enforcement officials to identify you. Fraudulent users will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
